Can you write a book about your own personal feelings about the British Poilce & Unfairness (Racism) ?

I am 18 years old (black ) and over the past few years i feel i have been untreated unfairly by the Law.Today at 4a.m in the morning i just had 2 police officers knocking on my fathers front door only to find out i did not turn up to court following an arrest in the last 3 months, basically i was coming from a night out a few months ago , me and my mates were singing football songs and one guy shouted police and the police officer came down to the platform where then he had to arrest me and he used an excuse of drunk and disordely in a public place . i was angry and i told him it was unfair treatment and that i felt descriminated because out of all of us i am the one who got taken to the police station ,( before violently me ). when i arrived the officer on duty told him i did not look drunk so i refused to sign any forms and all sorts and the on duty officer told me to go home and told the police officer who arrested me that it should have been dealt with outside before even coming to the Station, The police officer was angry at me and told me to see me in court with no dates or nothing and i think he did it to prove his senior officer wrong for saying i should not have been arrested for the reason of drunk and disordely to the public. I went home carried on with my life as usual after today someone came and arrest me at my house.Went to the cell stayed there 6 hours and went court straight after and my solicitor explained they get away with issues like this and i did understand and i pleaded guilty and they fined me 168 quid because i didnt want to get any further with it like asking for cctv evidence and stuff like that and just wanted to get on with my life and get it sorted as i am currently studying and dont want any distractions like pending court cases going on in my life when i should be concentrating on other useful things in my life .But i honestly think this is unfair and i need to do something big to get this point across maybe write a biography because being black in England is almost a crime and i think we are all same people but just different colours.Its not the first time to be unfairly treated and i know its not the last either unless i step up and prove this but i dont know if i can get in any sort of trouble for this??????? i have already started writing my book and i am going to go into every detail once i have permission and publish it across to everyone and i am not even doing this for money if i can get funding the book will be absolutely free to everyone and share i just want to know if its the wright thing to do ???
