OK another noahide or jewish question?

I was reading up on noahide laws instead of converting to judaism. I was on a hascitic webpage explaining and detailing the laws and I have some questions. It saiys that you are not to attempt to save a idol worshipper if you have been baptized you are to be put to death etc. There are like dozens of laws under each and each law has either a death or banned from heaven penalty. Jews have the same laws and like 600 plus more commandments to obey, but yet you don't hear of any beheadings by the dozens daily, because we are not all perfect. So those who observe the noahide laws will behead you or is this an extreme over exaggeration. If it is what changed.
