If it wasn't for groups like LA RAZA (NCLR), and MALDEF who would defend Latinos?

I don't think anybody would, so it's a good thing for all of us that these groups take these kind of matter into their own hands. And they must be doing a very good jog, or they wouldn't have been operating since they started, and that's a long long time ago.
