I am i in any danger from this (medication help)?

call poison control before you call 911 they can tell you if you need to call 911. That stuff always makes me dizzy also but I'm a bit heavier than you are. I took one lortab and went to work and I didn't know it was a narcotic and I got dizzy and freaked out and went to the ER I sat there for 3 hours I slept a little and had something to eat while I was there and I felt better after a while and I was able to drive home.
