Neurological Question: Vagus Nerve and repetitions?

I am thouroughly familiar with the vagus nerve. I once had a problem with it that caused fainting, and vomiting. But also with anxiety you can get something called Vertigo which I used to get. When you are really stressed out the brains response is to go into panic mode. With stress caused Vertigo you become dizzy, you feel as if gravity is pulling you to the ground, you become nauseaus and can vomit. Anti-anxiety medications prevent this problem completely. When you feel this coming you need to lay down if you can't you need to sit down and put your head between your legs until it pes. If you start soon enough you can prevent the nausea. Medications for nausea don't solve this problem only anti-anxiety medications. I wish you the best and hope that you can recover from this.
