Poll: if accused of a crime that you didn't commit would you rather by tried by a jury of your peers or.......?

Jury every time! The judicial system is a good ole boy system and there is a better than fair chance that the prosecutor, judge and law enforcement are friendly and maybe even golfing buddies. Your concerns just might not be important enough to a judge alone! Also, an attempt to railroad you through will be much harder with a jury trial and the expense of a jury trial and likely a court appointed defender will encourage them to think harder about a deal. It is in your best interest to make it as complicated, hard and expensive on the judicial system as you can. I speak from experience, I was railroaded and wished a thousand times I had asked for a jury trail!
