Would you want something for pain and suffering?

I got injured from slipping and falling on a water puddle in the frozen food dept at Safeway, I didnt see the puddle cause it was close to the doors and not in the middle, plus on white floors its kinda hard to see water. There were no signs out anywhere. Was not my fault at all. Then when I went to complain the t store manager had me fill out a form and then told me that they had be defrosting the freezers. BUT NO SIGNS WERE OUT. Again so not my fault. I did go to the ER cause my back, leg, and groin area are hurting. Would you request something from Safeway for pain and suffering, just like you would in a car wreck or would you let the lawyer decide all this????
