Headshot Information PLEASE!!!!!!?

Okay so I am an aspiring actress i know that i need an agent to get me auditions and to get an agent I know that i need to send in a resume and headshot. But right now isn't the best time to be spending $100+ on a headshot. I know that I shouldn't send a glamour shot or school photo, so i was thinking of going to The Picture People. Is this professional enough for a headshot for an agency.
