I have a very serious question...Keep in mind I am a guy who's in touch with his sensitive side. Ok, here I go?

I work at a store with several locations and I was working in one store and meet this woman. She seemeed real butch like at first. She had an attitude to go with it....Well, we finished that day and then I was working at a different store another day and someone came up to me and was all smiles and real nice, hair all fixed and was just real chipper and come to find out it was that same woman, but no ball cap, no sun gles, and beatiful hair - I like long hair...lol...Anyways I worked with this woman again and it was like night and day. So a couple days went by and we got to know each other better and I started to flirt a little, well, she started claming up again so I thought I was being too bold and told her that I would stop. She then said, If you only knew what going on, you would understand. I told her if she wanted to talk I would listen - (that's what I do and people just start talking) anyways, I asked her is there anything that should know and she just started giggling and said I wish I could tell you. Well a couple more days went by and then she said she wanted to talk to me. We got off work and she started smiling and pacing and I asked her to tell me what she wanted. After about 20 minutes she had told me that she was feeling like a school girl again and didn't know how to tell me that I made her happy when I was around her and that she was interested in me, but was in fear that she would be hurt again and was trying to just put a brick wall, but she just can't help the happy feeling she gets when we're working together. I am interested too, but never approached it as a relationship, but now she's coming to me kinda on eggshells afraid I would reject her. I ured her that when she is ready to make the first move that it would be accepted. I figured that she is out of my league. So to sum it all up, I want advice to know how best to grow our current friendship, but also show her that I do want to build a relationship later.... OK, that is my question....HELP!!
