Some body help me please?

i am 24 i have many dreams that if i go after i know i can make them come true but after my father died 4 years ago i became responsible for taking care of my little brother and my three sisters now what should i do ? should i leave them and go after what i wish , or should i dedicate my self as i am already doing for 4 years ???? and its easily said to be done to go after your dream and take care of many people. i need some consultation please
