What movie is this?????????

A guy makes a black suit kind of thing. Its like armor. He bought it on the internet or something.He goes around and kills everyone with guns. There is this one scene where he goes into a senior citizen bingo thing with his guns and everything but no one notices him and buys a sandwich and then he leaves. And theres another one where he blows up the police station with a car or something that was driven by him with a remote. And at the end he tells his frend that they r going paintball shooting. He kills him and puts the suit on him. And everyone thought it was his frend. And like on the cover of the movie ithink its the guy in his black armor with his arms crossed with his guns?
