Best airline you use?

I always use and have good luck with SouthWest Airlines. My last vacation flew from Oklahoma City to Reno, Nevada. switch planes in Phoenix and a 3 hour layover. after that, boarded the plane from Phoenix, then to Los Angeles, and then Reno, NV. 10 points for the best answer, and also any last minute changes as well.
