Why has nobody created a televised fight zone similar to Old UFC with no rules?

they could make it "pay per view" or TVMA rated and real martial artists not martial athletes(ufc,fight sports,WEC wreckage) can finally test their mettle like back in the old ufc. Do you know how much people would pay to be ring-side at those events? Why the hell hasn't anyone had the to be like Dana White and started a new martial arts federation for no rules with professional referees,and Martial arts practitioners to ensure no deaths?
