Cat Health, What can I do to help Eye drainage and Diarrhea?

My male cat, 6 years of age, has just started to get clear eye drainage, hes never had it before. As well as diarrhea. He was mostly an outside cat but in some places Ive lived had to be an inside cat as is the situation now. He had worms so i just recently dewormed him. Should I be worried about the eye drainage and diarrhea? What can I do?
