Natural raw diets for ferrets?

Okay, so I'm getting a ferret sometime soon and I'm trying to figure out the best diet for him. I know a raw, natural diet is best for ferrets, but the only place I've found that will give me a straight up answer about what all I need to feed him gave me a regimen for four ferrets, and I can only get one for now. Knowing me, I'd probably mess the measurements up trying to reduce it for one. I was thinking about feeding him frozen mice (since I can't try to keep live mice in the house, my mom will freak out...), but I'm not sure what else he'll need to eat. Help?
