Did Barack Obama Create the Democratic Revolutions in the Middle East?

Obama 'for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples'." ... Did he do start it way back in 2009? Someone: WHY would he have gotten the Peace Prize if he didn't DO anything... just sayin'...
