Your opinion on eminem's subconscious mind?

Im not much of a eminem listener and i also hate his personality ( he has d about committing and murder, not really something im into) but i want to know, i heard in the ealier days of rapping he would refer to himself as slim shady and not eminem, unlike today. I also read tht inside eminem's mind slim shady was the dark side of him that explained in full detail and openly admitted to committing awful crimes. and that eminem is sort of his free thinking side of his mind tht isnt a true hero but still stands up for whats right. Then i saw the music video of eminem and rihanna's " i love the way you lie" and it shows eminem commiting arsin and burning down rihanna's apartment. So really can some eminem fan give me the straight details ( and please try to avoid the threating hate answers and calling me a hater just becuz i dont like his personality, thx)
