Is it Normal for my 23 month old daughter to wobble?

My daughter woke up woblin today and I have no idea why? She been walking good these past few days. Can anybody help me out please? She is about to be 2 in december and has been walking since she was 11/12 months. She has never had any problems. Please Help!
